Warranty
The Crimson Casual warranty is valid from the date of

Aluminum Frames
Residential – 18 years
Commercial – 5 years
If your frame fails structurally within the warranty period
(i.e. broken frame or welds) we will repair or replace the
frame in the original finish and style, if available or in a
similar finish and style if the original has been discontinued.

Paint Finish
Residential – 5 years
Commercial – 3 years
If your finish peels or blisters within the warranty period, we
will repair or replace the frame in the original finish and style,
if available or in a similar finish and style if the original has been
discontinued.

Fabric on cushions & slings
Residential & Commercial – 1 Year
If the fabric on a cushion or sling tears, mildews or fades
excessively within one year from the date of purchase, we
will repair or replace the fabric in the original color or pattern
if available or in a similar color or pattern if the original has
been discontinued.

Composite Table Tops
Residential & Commercial – 1 Year
If a composite table top fails structurally within one year from
the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the top or table
in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color
and style if the original has been discontinued.

Billet Table Tops, and Cast Tables
Residential & Commercial – 2 Years
If a billet table top or cast table fails structurally within two years
from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the top or
table in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar
color and style if the original has been discontinued.

Component Parts
Residential & Commercial – 1 Year
If a component part (glides, bolts, wheels, spring plates, etc.) fails
due to manufacturing defects within one year from the date of
purchase, we will repair or replace the part in the original color and
style, if available or in a similar color and style if the original has
been discontinued.

Service & Shipping
All service for authorized returns will be provided at our
manufacturing facility in Haleyville, AL.  Freight will be paid by
Crimson Casual to and from the dealer for a period of one year
from date of purchase.  Proof of purchase is required.  The
customer will be responsible for freight charges after the one year
period.  Crimson Casual reserves the right to determine whether
to replace, repair or refinish and mode of transportation of
authorized returns.  No returns will be accepted without a Return
Merchandise Authorization from Crimson Casual.
Note: This warranty is a limited warranty and applies to the original
purchaser only.  Proof of purchase is required.  Warranty coverage
begins on the date of purchase.  Crimson Casual or its suppliers
may discontinue any component parts such as fabric, paint, etc.,
at any time.

Exclusions
Failure caused by
•    Unreasonable  or abusive use
•    Fire
•    Freight damage
•    Acts of nature such as, but not limited to freezing or high winds
•    Suntan oil or other chemicals
•    Normal fading, scratching, or chipping of finish
•    Fading, weathering, or staining or discoloration of furniture
•    Accidental damage repair or modifications by the consumer
•    Normal wear and tear

Storage
All furniture should be stored in an upright position to allow for
proper water drainage.  Failure to do so may result in freeze
damage that is not covered by the warranty.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

HOW TO CLEAN FRAMES
Your Crimson Casual furniture may be washed with a mild
detergent and water solution and a soft brush or cloth.  Rinse well
with clear water and allow to dry thoroughly before use. A clear
automobile wax may be applied to smooth frame finishes to
provide better protection to your frame finish.  DO NOT apply wax
to TEXTURED finishes.

HOW TO CLEAN FABRICS
Most stains may be removed with a mild detergent and water
solution.  Rinse well with clear water and allow to dry thoroughly.
Mildew and heavy stains may be removed with a quality commercial
outdoor furniture cleaner.

DO NOT USE WASHING MACHINE OR DRYER.  DO NOT DRY
CLEAN.  DO NOT STEAM CLEAN.

Do not use bleach on printed acrylics.  Do not use solvent-type
materials on woven vinyl or woven blend fabrics as they will
damage the yarns.  Do not use chlorine based cleaners.
Crimson Casual recommends cleaning 3-4 times a year to ensure
the best protection.

Crimson Casual reserves the right to make minor design modifications
or changes and discontinue finish color, fabric, styles, or collections
