Residential Warranty The Crimson Casual warranty is valid from the date of purchase and is extended to the original purchaser only and applies to furniture products manufactured by Crimson Casual, Inc. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt including purchase date) is required. Photos and inspection may be required also. |
Aluminum Frames-18 Years ...
If your frame fails structurally within 18 years of original purchase (i.e. broken frame or welds) we will repair or replace the frame in the original finish and style, if available, or in a similar finish and style if the original has been discontinued.
Paint Finish-5 Years ... If your finish peels or blisters within 5 years from date of original purchase, we will repair or replace the frame in the original finish & style, if available or in a similar finish & style if the original has been discontinued.
Fabric on cushions, slings, & umbrellas–1 Year ... If the fabric on a cushion, sling or umbrella tears, mildews or fades excessively within one year from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the fabric in the original color or pattern if available or in a similar color or pattern if the original has been discontinued.
Umbrellas and Umbrella Bases – 1 Year ... If an umbrella or umbrella base fails structurally within one year from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the umbrella or base in the original color and style, if available or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued.
Composite Table Tops, Billet Table Tops, and Cast Tables–3 Years ... If a composite table top, billet table top or cast table fails structurally within three years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the top or table in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued.
Component Parts–1 Year ... If a component part (glides, bolts, wheels, spring plates, etc.) fails due to manufacturing defects within one year from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the part in the original color and style, if available or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued.
Service & Shipping ... All service for authorized returns will be done in Haleyville, AL. Freight will be paid by Crimson Casual to and from the dealer for a period of two years year from date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. If the product is warranted for a period less than 2 years, (i.e., slings, cushions, umbrellas, etc.), Crimson Casual will pay the freight during the warranty period. The customer will be responsible for freight charges after the two year period. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization from Crimson Casual.
Note: This warranty is a limited warranty and applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase. This is a residential warranty & does not apply to commercial use.
